Installer profiles, graded on evidence

Every rankings site you have seen sells its top spots. That is the business model: the "best installer" is whoever pays the most per lead. We grade differently. Licenses get checked against state databases, complaints against BBB and enforcement records, volume against trade press reporting. When we cannot verify something, the profile says so instead of rounding up. Our grading rubric is public on the methodology page, and we grade our own installation business with the same rubric. No company can pay to change a grade. The grading database is structurally walled off from the revenue side of this site.
